STEP-1
1. Signing the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

We will conduct an online meeting to discuss your detailed requirements. During this meeting, you can share the desired skills and conditions for the butler service. 3. Interview with Butler Candidates
Candidate Selection
Next, we will arrange an online interview with the butler candidates best suited to your needs. This gives you the opportunity to assess their experience, skills, and compatibility. You can ask questions, present scenarios, and evaluate how each candidate responds, ensuring you select the ideal butler for your requirements.
Training
Before dispatch, the butler will undergo training on local culture and customs to ensure a smooth service delivery. This training helps the butler adapt quickly to your environment and expectations, minimizing any potential cultural or logistical challenges.
STEP-4
4. Sending the Estimate
Estimate Creation
After the interview, we will create and send an estimate based on the specific service details discussed. The estimate will include a detailed breakdown of costs, terms, and conditions.
Review
Please review the pricing and contract terms to ensure they meet your expectations. If any adjustments are needed, we can discuss and modify the terms to better fit your needs before finalizing the agreement.
STEP-5
5. Contract Signing
Agreement
Once you agree to the contract terms, payment in full is required 90 days prior to the contract start date. This advance payment ensures that all arrangements can be made in a timely manner.
Confirmation
The contract is formally concluded upon payment confirmation. We prioritize client privacy and security, providing a reliable service. You will receive a confirmation receipt and a detailed contract document outlining all agreed terms.
STEP-6
6. Preparation for Overseas Travel
Travel Arrangements
After signing the contract, we will prepare for the butler's overseas travel. This includes arranging for visas and other necessary travel documents. We handle all logistical details to ensure the butler's journey is smooth and efficient.
Health Checks
We also conduct regular health checks to ensure the butler's well-being, providing a safe and reliable service. Health and safety protocols are strictly followed to guarantee the butler is fit for duty.
STEP-7
7. Commencement of On-Site Services
Service Start
Upon arrival, the butler will begin providing services on-site. Our butlers will adapt to your specific requirements and preferences, ensuring a seamless transition into your daily routine. They will familiarize themselves with your home, staff, and any specific protocols you have in place.

8. Regular Online Meetings
Monthly Review
After the commencement of services, we will hold monthly online meetings to review service quality and client satisfaction. These meetings provide an opportunity to discuss performance, address any concerns, and ensure that the service continues to meet your expectations.
Service Adjustments
Any necessary adjustments and improvements to the service will be made based on your feedback. Continuous communication allows us to refine and enhance our services, ensuring you receive the highest level of support.
