1. What kind of service is Weekly Butler?
Weekly Butler is a live-in dedicated service in which the same butler attends you continuously, from a minimum of three days to several weeks.
What sets it decisively apart from a one-off booking is that, day by day, the butler comes to understand the rhythm of your life more deeply.
By the second day the morning tea is brewed to your taste; by the third, what you need is at hand before you say a word. This change is the essential value of continuous dedication.
1.1 The unspoken understanding that deepens by the day
Half of a butler's work is observation — the hour you rise, the pace of your meals, the times you prefer quiet. Serving you continuously, the butler remembers these subtleties and tunes the service day by day.
That the last day is unmistakably more comfortable than the first is the proof of continuous dedication.
1.2 A tiered rate that lowers the per-day cost the longer you stay
The rate is tiered from ¥181,500 (tax incl.) for three days, and the per-day cost falls as the term extends to 7, 14 or 30 days. Three days works out at ¥60,500 a day, thirty days at ¥49,500 a day.
The longer the period of support, the greater the economic sense.

2. How the service across several days is built
Service spanning several days begins not on the first morning but before it. The butler arrives ahead at the location, sets the space and supplies in order, and then receives you. Here we introduce, in order, how the multi-day service is built.
2.1 Advance preparation that perfects “the moment of arrival”
On the first day, the moment you open the door the air is comfortable, fresh flowers are arranged and the refrigerator holds the foods you like. To create this, the butler arrives the previous day or that morning to clean, shop and set up.
From day one, your time goes to its true purpose.
2.2 Overseeing the daily service and housework
During the stay, the butler takes on everything from serving breakfast through dinner to cleaning, laundry and managing the food stores. As he also handles receiving and serving any guests, the host can devote themselves to the stay itself.
He proposes menus, too, mindful of your tastes.
2.3 The butler’s rest day and relay system
For longer contracts, a weekly rest day is set to maintain the quality of service. During it, another butler takes over from a handover document, or the butler rests after making the necessary preparations.

3. The path from contract to the start of the stay
With continuous dedication, the longer the term, the more the advance design shapes the satisfaction on the day. It helps to know beforehand the preparation the butler and coordinator carry out between your enquiry and the start of the stay.
3.1 A stay designed from an on-site visit
Before the contract, the coordinator and butler visit the location to check the facilities, the flow of the space and the surroundings.
By scouting as far as the usability of the kitchen and the location of food shops, service without hesitation is possible from day one. For distant locations, we also accommodate confirmation by photographs and floor plans.
3.2 Use with children and the whole family
We frequently undertake long-term support for households with children. From watching over them and school runs to being a playmate, a stay can be designed with the whole family in view.
Where elderly family members are present, we build in the care needed for their movement and meals in advance.
3.3 Extending the term and moving to a higher plan
Should you extend the term during the stay, we accommodate it flexibly, subject to the butler's availability. After a stay of several weeks, not a few clients move on to the monthly Private Butler or the resident House Steward.
It is a design you can deepen in stages.
