1. What Kind of Service Is the Dedicated Driver & Butler?
The Dedicated Driver & Butler combines, in one person, the skill of safe driving and the attentiveness of a butler. Not hiring a chauffeur, nor calling a hire car.
The purpose of this service is to turn the everyday time of travel into time for relaxation and preparation.
1.1 Driver and Butler: Two Areas of Expertise
Onto the driving skill of smooth acceleration and braking and the choice of the best route is layered the attentiveness of a butler, watching over the temperature in the cabin, the drinks, and the escort after you alight.
With both present in a single person, the experience of travel is transformed at its root.
1.2 Designing the Private Space of “the Cabin”
The cabin can be a study on the move or a room for rest. With each journey the butler learns your preferences, adjusting the volume of the music, the climate, even the presence or absence of conversation to how you are that day.
1.3 Your Own Vehicle as the Basis
Service is based on a vehicle owned by the client. The butler holds a driving licence including large-vehicle Class 1 and Class 2 licences, and also handles upkeep such as washing, refuelling, and arranging inspections.
The use of a butler-owned vehicle or support in arranging a rental car can also be discussed.

2. How a Day of Chauffeuring Flows
A day with the Driver & Butler begins fifteen minutes before departure. From the final check of the vehicle to errands run while waiting, here we introduce the flow of the day.
2.1 Vehicle Check and Preparation Before Departure
Arriving fifteen minutes before the appointed time, the butler sees to the cleanliness of the cabin, the temperature, and the drinks.
The day begins by matching the itinerary against traffic information and proposing a departure time with time to spare.
2.2 Escort During Travel and on Alighting
While driving, the butler keeps strictly to a manner that never disturbs a passenger’s conversation or work; at the destination, the butler opens and closes the door, carries the luggage, and holds an umbrella in the rain.
Even the few dozen steps from the car to the building are part of the service.
