A young applicant stepping through the doorway of a residence with a senior butler behind — the first step toward becoming a butler

Duties

Reception and hospitality, daily-life support, clerical work such as document and schedule management, travel-agency duties and event planning, and any other work the owner requests.

Requirements

High-school graduate or above; able to treat clients with respect and courtesy; attentive to detail and able to sustain a high service level; flexible with strong stress tolerance; cooperative with excellent communication skills.

Welcome Skills & Experience

Professional butler/hospitality education or qualifications; secretarial experience; hotel or restaurant service experience; service-industry experience; English ability; a standard driver’s license.

Work location varies by client contract. Working hours are a two-days-off week, roughly 9:00–18:00 (8 working hours), varying by contract. Employment types: full-time, contract, or outsourced. Benefits: salary based on experience and ability, full commuting allowance, full social insurance (for employees), and uniform provided.
