About Recruiting
A butler is a professional who oversees the household affairs and hospitality of a residence or company. Unlike a maid or housekeeping service, a butler takes on everything from receiving guests and serving to housekeeping, schedule management, and asset management support. The All Japan Butler Association (THE BUTLER) has spent over 130 years since its 1890 founding training "Japanese butlers" who blend Japanese omotenashi hospitality with authentic Western butler technique.
Today, butlers work in settings ranging from private residences to VIP and VVIP corporate hospitality and international events. After building a foundation as a Butler, you can aim for senior ranks such as House Steward or Group of the Chamber. A butler is a career worth devoting a lifetime to, one whose trust and rewards grow with experience.
