Annual contract discount
A 10% monthly discount for annual contracts (once a month or more), with further quotation by volume.
Continuation discount
A 5% monthly discount for 3+ months of continued contract, 8% for 6+ months.

Surcharges
- Early morning (before 7:00) / late night (after 22:00): +30%
- English support: +¥15,000/day
- Chinese / French support: +¥20,000/day
- Weekends & holidays: +20%
- Remote areas (40km+ from central Tokyo): +20%
Costs at settlement
- Transportation: at cost (round trip)
- Parking / toll fees: at cost
- Remote accommodation: at cost (if staying overnight)
- Tea leaves / ingredients: at cost
Cancellation policy
- Up to 7 days before: free
- 3–6 days before: 30% of base fee
- The day before: 50% of base fee
- Same day / no-show: 100% of base fee
- Annual corporate contracts follow separate terms
Large-scale or annual comprehensive contracts are quoted individually
