1. What kind of service is Tea Butler?
Tea Butler is a corporate pack service in which a butler visits an office meeting or a reception, brings tea leaves and utensils, and takes on the whole of the tea service. For a pack price from ¥33,000 (tax incl.)
for three hours, travel included, everything from the initial setup to roving refills and clearing is covered.

2. How the three-hour pack is used
The three hours of Tea Butler are designed around the schedule of a meeting or a guest visit. We introduce the flow from arrival to setup, service and clearing.
2.1 Setup 30 minutes before the start
The butler arrives 30 minutes before the appointed time and sets up the arrangement of the utensils, checks the hot-water facilities and prepares the leaves.
He completes everything in advance so the first cup can be served in the best state the moment the meeting begins.
2.2 Roving refills and light-refreshment service during the meeting
During the meeting, with conduct that never disturbs the discussion, he watches the tea cups, asks "Would you care for another cup?"
before they empty, and tops them up only with the guest's leave — never presuming; when the tea has grown too strong he proposes a freshly brewed pot instead.
Service of sweets and finger food can be combined, too, to raise the quality of the break in a long meeting.
2.3 Restoring the room is part of the pack
After the meeting, the butler collects, washes and stores the utensils, returning the meeting room to its original state. That no clearing effort falls on the running side is part of the value of the pack price.

What Tea Butler can do
- Selecting and proposing tea leaves: proposing the best leaves to suit the occasion, from black tea and Chinese tea to Japanese tea.
- Initial setup: the arrangement of utensils, checking the hot-water facilities, preparing the leaves. Everything set in order before the meeting begins.
- Roving refills: touring the meeting room before a cup empties, asking the guest's wish and topping up only with their leave; tea grown too strong is freshly remade rather than topped up. Concentration is never broken.
