Challenges We Often Hear

01

You want to align, across the whole organisation, a standard of manners that varies by tier

Even if only some employees excel in courtesy, the impression of the organisation does not change. A consistent standard must run through every tier.

02

You want to solve the trouble of training that does not take hold in the field

Form-based training abounds in the world, but conveying the deeper part — the mindset of putting others first — is the key to embedding.

What We Provide for BusinessWhat We Provide

READING 01

The dignity of an organisation

1. What is manner training for large enterprises?

Manner training for large enterprises is a tiered hospitality training programme that accommodates large-scale attendance of 31 or more. From new recruit to executive, the manners each tier needs differ.

Designing all subjects to custom, we raise the dignity of the whole organisation by plan.

1.1 From individual skill to organisational culture

Even if only some employees excel in courtesy, the impression of the organisation does not change. By running a consistent standard through every tier, manners become, from an individual's skill, a culture of the organisation.

We accommodate building it into a training centre's annual programme, too.

1.2 The “hospitality mind” a butler teaches

Form-based training abounds in the world, but what the butler conveys is the other-centred way of thinking that lies beyond the form. This posture, which works for customers and colleagues alike, is the core of training effective in any industry.

1.3 From a one-day intensive to an advisory contract

On a base of a six-hour one-day intensive (up to 31), large-scale training of over 31 is met by adding instructors. On a monthly advisory contract, we can accompany you from building the annual training plan.

2. We change the curriculum by tier

Even the same "manner training" differs entirely in what should be learned between a new recruit and an executive. We introduce the thinking behind the by-tier curriculum.

2.1 For new recruits, the foundation of a working adult

Greetings, card exchange, telephone response, the etiquette of a visit. Learning the correct form in the body first becomes the foundation of later growth.

With repeated drills against the butler's demonstration as a standard, we build a basics that is no mere veneer.

2.2 For mid-career, the front-line power of customer contact

Receiving guests, the manners of dining, judging the order of seating — we train the front-line power of scenes that face the customer directly. With exercises centred on role-play, we finish to a level usable from tomorrow's deal.

2.3 For executives, international protocol

We handle the etiquette of scenes where one stands as the company's representative — ceremonies, banquets, meetings with overseas dignitaries.

As far as the ceremony of each country and the conduct of a toast and a speech, we provide the knowledge and conduct not to be embarrassed on the highest stage.

3. The organisations where it is introduced

The motives for introducing large-enterprise training fall broadly into three: a milestone of growth, culture-building and renewing the training system. We introduce the use of each.

3.1 To a growth company facing a listing

What a rapidly grown venture is next asked for is the mature dignity of an organisation. An intensive training before facing investors and major clients links directly to lifting external trust.

3.2 To a major firm wanting hospitality as a corporate culture

Not only in the service trade, the quality of internal and external communication sways corporate value. Running by-tier training over several years, a long-term design that embeds it as a culture is possible.

3.3 As a flagship programme of a training centre

Companies adding "the butler's manner training" to their annual training line-up are increasing, too. An angle found nowhere else draws the interest of attendees and raises the satisfaction of the training as a whole.

FAQ

FAQ

Is online training possible, too?+
In principle we recommend hands-on guidance in person, but the lecture parts alone can be delivered online. Training that involves actual conduct is most effective in person.
